Position Title: Financial Controller
Location: Villeray, Montreal
Status: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: Between $110,000 and $130,000

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller for a well-established company located in the Villeray area of Montreal.

You will have the opportunity to oversee the finance and accounting function while working closely with senior management.

With a team of approximately 50 employees, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an SME environment where they can make a real impact and be involved in multiple aspects of financial management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the finance and accounting function, including a small accounts payable and receivable team
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and key performance indicators
• Act as a business partner to management and contribute to strategic decision-making

PROFILE SOUGHT:

• Relevant experience in accounting and financial management
• Bilingual with functional spoken French and English
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
• CPA designation considered an asset
