Aecon recherche actuellement un.e acheteur(euse) bilingue pour rejoindre nos projets bas Montral. Le candidat retenu sera un contributeur cl de larges ventails d'initiatives de gestion de la chane d'approvisionnement pour soutenir nos projets. L'acheteur(euse) est responsable de toutes les activits lies aux achats et de satisfaire nos clients internes avec une livraison, un cot et une qualit suprieurs, ainsi que du suivi des commandes en cours.

Ce que vous ferez ici:

• Responsable du plan d'approvisionnement du projet et de la livraison temps.
• Responsable du processus d'approvisionnement dans SAP.
• Ngocier des contrats faible valeur avec les fournisseurs et les fournisseurs de services.
• Respect de l'empreinte d'approvisionnement privilgie par Aecon.
• Responsable d'avoir conduit zro exception dans le processus d'achat paiement.
• Solution en temps rel des exceptions lies au prix, la livraison, l'attribution de comptes, aux matriaux et au service.
• Participe activement et aide l'laboration des plans d'amlioration des fournisseurs.

Ce que vous apportez l'quipe:

• Un diplme de premier cycle en administration des affaires ou en gnie est prfr.
• Comptences organisationnelles prouves et capacit travailler sous pression pour respecter les chances et grer plusieurs tches dans un environnement de travail rapide.
• Comptences avances en communication dmontres par une exprience antrieure dans les contextes suivants : runions multidisciplinaires de projets et de programmes, revues techniques avec fournisseur / fournisseur / fournisseur de solutions et experts en la matire.
• L'exprience en gestion de programme serait considre comme un atout.
• Capacit interprter des organigrammes de processus pour comprendre quelles donnes sont captures et comment elles circulent entre diffrentes applications.
• Capacit tablir des relations de travail positives avec des professionnels de l'industrie et des clients internes.
• De solides comptences en ngociation et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Capacit communiquer efficacement, tant oralement qu' l'crit.
• Attention aux dtails, comptences mathmatiques et analytiques.
• Solides comptences en recherche et engagement apprendre continuellement sur les nouveaux produits, technologies et processus.
• Matrise Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) et SAP (Procure to pay).
