As part of a small two-person collections team, you’ll play a key role in B2B collections, maintaining positive client relationships and finding practical payment solutions while ensuring follow-ups are handled with professionalism and tact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out B2B collection follow-ups with professionalism and diplomacy

  • Maintain strong business relationships while ensuring payment timelines are respected

  • Propose tailored payment arrangements based on each client’s situation

  • Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or account issues

PROFILE SOUGHT:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in collections or B2B customer service

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

  • Functional bilingualism in French and English (sufficient for B2B communication)

  • Team player with a positive attitude and sense of initiative

  • Creative thinker who can adapt and propose practical solutions
