Notre client du secteur des services professionnels recherche un Architecte Logiciel Senior pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre un CMDB basé sur Jira Insights dans un environnement AWS.

Rôle axé sur la conception de solutions CMDB, l’intégration intersystèmes et la gestion ITSM, avec une expertise approfondie de Jira, Jira Service Management et AWS.

Contrat initial de 6 mois. 35 heures par semaine.

Exigences essentielles:

• 10+ ans d’expérience en architecture logicielle avec compréhension des microservices sur AWS
• Maîtrise de Jira et Jira Service Management (JSM) incluant la configuration avancée et les workflows
• Expertise en Jira Insights pour modéliser, configurer et automatiser des CMDB
• Expérience en intégration API et automatisation avec Groovy et Python
• Connaissance des meilleures pratiques ITIL / ITSM pour la gestion des CIs, incidents et changements

Atouts:

• Expérience avec des outils ITSM ou des plateformes d’intégration AWS
• Compétence en migration de données (CSV, sources tierces vers Jira Insights)
• Maîtrise des environnements Linux, Windows, réseaux et virtualisation
• Connaissance de la sécurité des données et des pratiques de gouvernance (Loi 25)
• Expérience avec Backstage, Enterprise Architect, ou des bases de données relationnelles / NoSQL

Responsabilités:

• Concevoir la structure du CMDB et modéliser les éléments de configuration
• Configurer les schémas et relations d’objets dans Jira Insights
• Implémenter des intégrations API entre Jira et d'autres outils ITSM / cloud
• Automatiser l’import et la synchronisation des données CI
• Assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la traçabilité des données CMDB
• Aligner la conception du CMDB avec les processus ITIL
• Collaborer avec les équipes infrastructure, sécurité et développement

Our professional services client is seeking a Senior Software Architect to design and implement a CMDB using Jira Insights within an AWS environment.

Role focused on CMDB solution design, system integration, and ITSM management with deep expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, and AWS.

Initially a 6-month contract. 35 hours per week.

Must Haves

• 10+ years of software architecture experience with understanding of microservices on AWS
• Strong Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) expertise including advanced configuration and workflows
• Hands-on Jira Insights expertise to model, configure, and automate a CMDB
• Strong API integration and automation experience using Groovy and Python
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices supporting incident, change, and CI lifecycle processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with ITSM tools or AWS integration platforms
• Data migration experience (third-party or CSV sources into Jira Insights)
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and virtualization
• Understanding of IT data security and governance (Law 25 compliance)
• Experience with Backstage, Enterprise Architect, or relational / NoSQL databases

Responsibilities
