Notre client, une entreprise très stable et bien établie depuis près de 50 ans, est à la recherche d’un(e) Agent(e) de comptes clients. RESPONSABILITÉS :

En tant que spécialiste aux recevables, tu auras à prendre en charge les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Contribuer aux activités quotidiennes des comptes clients : facturation, suivi des paiements et rappels au besoin.

  • Vérifier et concilier les comptes clients pour s’assurer de l’exactitude des informations.

  • Participer à la mise à jour des rapports liés aux recevables.

  • Communiquer avec les clients pour le suivi des soldes en retard, avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français et anglais).

  • Minimum de 1 an d’expérience en comptes clients et/ou en recouvrement.

  • Sens de l’organisation, minutie et respect des délais.

As an Accounts Receivables Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Participate in the day-to-day activities of accounts receivable: invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reminders when needed.

  • Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure information accuracy.

  • Help prepare and update receivables reports.

  • Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue balances in a professional and courteous manner.
