RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day A/R activities: invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reminder calls as needed

• Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure data accuracy

• Help maintain and update receivables reports

• Communicate with clients to follow up on past-due balances with professionalism and courtesy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Functional bilingualism in French and English

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
